VITALIS, the main library catalogue, contains all current periodicals, all monographs accessed after 1975, articles in journals after 1975, reports on archaeology and buildings after 1975, and a great deal of material published before 1975, especially journal articles.
The older library catalogue, Katalog 1974, is available on the web in a scanned version, http://katalog1974.raa.se/katalog1974/ipac/SearchForm.jsp. This catalogue cannot not be connected to artlibraries.net.
Subjects covered by the Library include those that are central to the work of the National Heritage Board, the National Museum of Antiquities and the Royal Coin Cabinet:

Numismatics, including Medals
Preservation and Conservation of the Cultural Heritage
The core subjects are supplemented by literature from a broader area, such as history, cultural history, ethnology, topography. For example, a strong collection on the documentation of churches. Relevant materials are acquired in most European languages.
Special collections include The Rosenhane Picture Collection which is in the process of being documented and digitized.
Searchable holdings (9/2010): ca 166,000 titles of monographs, periodicals, reports and articles (monographs: ca 114,000 titles, periodicals: ca 8,500, articles: ca 43,500.) These figures concern the VITALIS database.
